Bangkok to Tucson Green Hot Sauce

Inspired by our recent trip to Bangkok, this green sauce features Thai green chiles, Anaheims, basil, cilantro, rice vinegar, and a touch of MSG. It brings my favorite flavors from Thailand into life in the Southwestern US and is super craveable. Its heat level is somewhere around medium and it thrives on its herbaceousness and deep umami. Limited quantities on each batch so act quickly when it’s available!
